4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are stated in the agreed currency and are payable in advance unless otherwise specified.

Payments are non-refundable once services have started.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services without notice.

5. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

respond within reasonable delays

comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. No Guarantee of Results

InfluencePrime LLC is bound by an obligation of means, not an obligation of results.

No guarantee is given regarding outcomes, performance, profitability, approvals, or third-party decisions (banks, administrations, platforms, etc.).

7. Confidentiality

All exchanges, documents, and information shared between the parties are strictly confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing.
